Welcome to Wobblekins, a Genesis Forge creation. By visiting wobblekins.com, browsing our products, joining the Wobblelist, placing an order, or adopting a Wobblekin, you agree to the Terms & Conditions and Store Policies listed below.

Please read this page carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Wobblekins

Wobblekins are collectible 3D printed flexi creatures created by Genesis Forge. Each Wobblekin may include unique traits, colors, rarity details, personality descriptions, Wobbledex entries, adoption-style certificates, themed stories, and collectible release waves.

The words “adopt,” “adoption,” “creature,” “Wobbledex,” “rarity,” and similar themed language are part of the Wobblekins brand experience. Purchasing a Wobblekin does not create any legal adoption, ownership of intellectual property, licensing rights, or rights beyond ownership of the physical product purchased.

2. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected content, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, block access, or remove submissions if we believe the website or purchasing process is being misused.

3. Product Descriptions

We do our best to describe and display each Wobblekin accurately. However, product photos, renders, mockups, colors, and descriptions may vary from the final item.

Because Wobblekins are 3D printed, each item may have small natural differences, including but not limited to:

• Visible layer lines

• Slight surface texture

• Small seams

• Minor support marks

• Tiny imperfections

• Slight color differences

• Variation in joint movement

• Differences caused by filament batches, lighting, or screen settings

These are normal characteristics of 3D printed items and do not automatically qualify the product as defective.

4. Product Variations, Mystery Items, and Randomized Wobblekins

Some Wobblekins may be sold as mystery, random, limited, surprise, or wave-based products. These may include randomized colors, creatures, traits, personalities, rarity levels, Wobbledex entries, or adoption details.

When purchasing a mystery or random item, you understand that the final product may not match a specific preference or expectation.

Mystery, random, and surprise items are generally not eligible for return or exchange because of:

• Color preference

• Creature preference

• Duplicate style

• Rarity outcome

• Personality outcome

• Trait combination

• Personal preference after opening

5. Made-to-Order and Custom Items

Some Wobblekins may be made after an order is placed. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, print time, filament availability, customization, and production schedule.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially requested items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If custom options are available, please review your selections carefully before submitting your order.

6. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Genesis Forge reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, refund, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product availability

• Pricing errors

• Website errors

• Payment issues

• Suspected fraud

• Incorrect shipping information

• Inability to complete a requested item

• Unusual or excessive order activity

If your order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method when applicable.

7. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed on wobblekins.com and may change at any time without notice. Sales, discounts, limited releases, promotional offers, and Wobble Waves may be changed, paused, or discontinued at our discretion.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

Genesis Forge is not responsible for delays caused by payment processor issues, failed payments, bank holds, or third-party checkout errors.

8. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax may be collected at checkout based on your location, the business location, and current tax requirements.

Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, import charges, or fees that may apply to their order.

9. Shipping Policy

Orders are packed and shipped from our workshop. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on product type, order size, current workload, filament availability, holidays, weather, and carrier delays.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Genesis Forge is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other shipping provider.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Genesis Forge is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

10. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, and the shipping carrier.

Genesis Forge is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

We may assist where possible, but replacement or refund decisions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your name

• Order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item

• Clear photos of the packaging, if damaged during shipping

Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, full refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution.

Genesis Forge reserves the right to review each issue before approving a refund or replacement.

12. Return Policy

Because Wobblekins are collectible, 3D printed, made-to-order, customized, mystery-style, or limited release items, returns are limited.

Returns may be accepted only when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

Items are generally not eligible for return due to:

• Change of mind

• Buyer’s remorse

• Color preference

• Size preference after ordering

• Mystery/random outcome

• Duplicate creature from a mystery product

• Minor 3D print layer lines

• Normal surface texture

• Normal support marks

• Expected articulation variation

• Damage caused after delivery

• Rough handling, bending, twisting, chewing, dropping, heat exposure, or misuse

If a return is approved, the item may need to be returned before a refund or replacement is issued.

Returned items must be in the condition requested by Genesis Forge and packaged safely.

13. Refund Policy

Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method.

Refunds may take several business days to appear depending on the payment processor, bank, or card provider.

Shipping costs may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Partial refunds may be offered when appropriate, especially for minor issues that do not prevent use or display of the product.

Genesis Forge reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the stated policy window or are caused by misuse, damage after delivery, or personal preference.

14. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only if production or fulfillment has not yet started.

Because many Wobblekins may be made-to-order, printed, packed, or prepared soon after purchase, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Once an order has entered production, shipped, or been customized, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

15. Exchanges

Exchanges are not guaranteed.

If an exchange is approved, it will usually be limited to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Mystery, random, custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are generally not eligible for exchange based on preference.

16. Product Safety Disclaimer

Wobblekins are collectible 3D printed items and may include small parts, articulated segments, thin pieces, points, magnets, accessories, or breakable sections depending on the design.

Wobblekins are not intended for children under 3 years old and may pose a choking hazard.

Some Wobblekins may be better suited as collectibles, display items, or light fidget items rather than rough play toys.

Adult supervision is recommended when giving any 3D printed item to a child.

Customers are responsible for using Wobblekins safely and appropriately.

17. Articulation and Durability

Wobblekins are designed as flexi-style creatures, but articulation can vary by model, size, filament, print orientation, and design.

Some joints may feel tighter or looser than others. This is common with 3D printed flexi items.

Excessive force, bending, twisting, dropping, chewing, pulling, heat exposure, or rough play may cause damage or breakage.

Genesis Forge is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, modification, or unsafe storage.

18. Heat and Storage Warning

3D printed items, especially those made from PLA or similar materials, may soften, warp, or deform when exposed to heat.

Do not leave Wobblekins in hot cars, direct sunlight for extended periods, near heaters, inside dishwashers, near open flames, or in other high-temperature environments.

Genesis Forge is not responsible for warping, melting, or damage caused by heat exposure after delivery.

19. Intellectual Property

All Wobblekins names, creature concepts, Wobbledex entries, personalities, rarity systems, product descriptions, adoption certificates, artwork, graphics, branding, website content, logos, and original creative materials are the property of Genesis Forge unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a Wobblekin gives you ownership of the physical item only. It does not give you the right to copy, reproduce, scan, mold, duplicate, resell digital files, commercially manufacture, or claim ownership of the design or brand.

You may not use Wobblekins branding, product photos, names, characters, written content, or designs for commercial purposes without written permission from Genesis Forge.

20. Digital Content, Wobbledex Entries, and Certificates

Wobbledex entries, rarity labels, personality descriptions, lore, certificates, and other themed content are part of the Wobblekins experience.

These details are creative and collectible features. They do not guarantee financial value, resale value, investment value, future availability, or official certification by any outside organization.

Genesis Forge may update, revise, rename, redesign, retire, or change Wobbledex details, rarity systems, or character information at any time.

21. No Guaranteed Collectible or Resale Value

Wobblekins may include rarity levels, limited waves, special traits, or collectible-style language.

These features are for entertainment and brand experience only.

Genesis Forge does not guarantee that any Wobblekin will increase in value, maintain resale value, become rare in a financial sense, or be available again in the future.

22. User Submissions

If you submit photos, reviews, comments, names, creature ideas, testimonials, messages, or other content to Genesis Forge or Wobblekins, you confirm that you have the right to share that content.

By submitting content, you allow Genesis Forge to use it for customer service, website display, social media, marketing, product improvement, or promotional purposes unless you clearly request otherwise.

We reserve the right not to publish, display, or use submitted content.

Please do not submit content that is offensive, unlawful, harmful, misleading, or violates someone else’s rights.

23. Wobblelist and Email Communications

If you join the Wobblelist, place an order, submit a form, or provide your email address, you may receive messages related to your submission, order, product updates, Wobble Waves, launches, promotions, or customer service.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails when an unsubscribe option is available.

Transactional emails, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, status changes, or customer service replies, may still be sent when necessary to complete or support your order.

24. Privacy Policy

Genesis Forge may collect information you provide through the website, checkout, contact forms, Wobblelist forms, or order process. This may include:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genesis Forge is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the website, products, shipping, use, misuse, inability to use, or purchase of Wobblekins.

Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that specific product.
